Sustainable Ecosystems is a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the concrete and landscaping industry.
This rebranding process began with a desire to upgrade the previous logo design in order to better communicate the company's newly implemented services. While they still takes on hauling and junk removal jobs, SES want to put more focus on their concrete and landscaping work. Therefore, it is important that their branding reflects that.
The new and old logo are quite visually different. However, I kept the same general layout: icon, business name, and tagline. I also slightly adjusted and simplified the color scheme focusing more on a dark grey. The updated logo is more representative of the company's services in terms of the tagline and the overall blocky look.
It's always important to represent your business, especially when you are out on the job. Because concrete is physically demanding, the uniforms that the employees wear must be practical above all else. By creating clothing that is comfortable and branded well, employees are able to spread the company's name as well as their variety of services.
